We can accept changes to orders for products before they are dispatched, or in the case of specially printed materials (with company logos and specific alterations) before they are printed. In the case of specially modified materials there will be a charge for any changes after the final proof has been agreed.
RETURNS AND NON DELIVERY
Occasionally some packages can be delayed or even undelivered by the courier. Please contact us as soon as you have any concerns about your parcel. The sooner we know the better. We will do our upmost to replace anything that is lost, but we cannot be held responsible for parcels which are undelivered or mis-routed due to incomplete or incorrect addresses given by the customer.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE AND REFUND POLICY
We guarantee that you will be satisfied with the products or services – if you are not satisfied please let us know within 30 days and we will refund you in full. This is in addition to your statutory right, if buying as a consumer, to cancel the order any time up to 7 days after placing the order or receiving the goods, whichever is longer.

ORDERING
PAYMENT TERMS
All products are for immediate payment.
We charge interest on late payments and those who pay late will not be entitled to bulk order discounts in the future.
You are only eligible for a discount if you pay on time.
PRICING DISCLAIMER
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that pricing displayed is accurate and up to date, we offer no guarantee that the pricing displayed is accurate. We reserve the right to change the pricing at any time.
The correct price for any product will always be displayed on the Pricing and Discounts web page. If it is different to any other price on the site, the price on that page is the correct one and this is what you will be charged.
We charge for all consultancy at £2500 + VAT/day
If you require bulk quantities of products, please contact us. Quantity discounts are not available through the shopping cart at present.
Bulk prices for booklets are:
1 – 19 £6.25
20 – 49 £6.00
50 – 99 £5.75
100 – 249 £5.50
250 – 499 £5.25
500 – 999 £5.00
1000 + £4.50
These only apply if you pay on time.
